Valuation reports are routinely prepared for major lending institutions with a range of clientele that includes small rural quarry/landfill operations, Municipal Council quarries and waste assets, mid-size private operators and companies with multiple sites, up to and including ASX listed companies and multi-nationals. 

Income producing property that derives revenue from the extraction of construction materials or the receipt of waste deposited to landfill requires specialist skills to interpret geology and airspace reports, EPA licensing requirements, Planning Permits and Development Approvals and Authorities together with lease and licence documentation, title details, Royalty Agreements and plant and equipment.
