C.J. Ham & Murray are delighted to offer to market the Maryvale Sands business, located in the established La Trobe Valley region of Victoria.

This opportunity comprises two (2) significant, Freehold sand quarries (WA 261 & WA262) which extracts and produces a range of high quality washed sand products, suitable for the concrete markets. The quarries are located at Maryvale and Rosedale respectively, approximately 36km apart.

Maryvale Sands is a family run business that has been supplying the La Trobe Valley market with construction material since 1958 and the Melbourne market since 1990. A washing and screening plant and newly commissioned slimes recovery plant is located at the Maryvale site. Resource investigations confirm both sites allow for the operation to continue for well in excess of 25 years at current production levels.

The assets offered for sale include freehold land, Extractive Industry Work Authority WA262 and WA261 together with fixed and mobile plant and equipment and 22.5 megalitre water entitlement all of which are offered for sale on a “Walk in Walk Out” basis.
