C.J. Ham and Murray Pty. Ltd. are pleased to provide the following information relating to the land comprising 40 hectares together with the resource of sand and sand stone.

A Planning Permit and Work Authority have been approved and a resource investigation completed. The land is essentially cleared, flat terrain and there are no production limits or restrictions on truck movements with only Crown royalties payable, if and when extraction occurs below 15.24 metres. Included in the sale is a 1.1 megalitre stock and domestic Water Right.
